6Bonuses & Promotions

55vvbet offers bonuses and promotions subject to the specific conditions of each offer, as published on the respective promotion page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each promotion is limited to one registration per CPF, address, device, or IP;
• The welcome bonus of 100% up to R$ 500.00 is exclusive to new registrations on their first deposit;

• Unused bonuses that expire within the set period are automatically cancelled without prior notice;

7Sports Betting

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the user after the market has closed;
• If an event is cancelled before completion, bets are refunded to the account balance;
• Obvious odds errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) may be voided by 55vvbet, with a full refund of the amount wagered;
• Live bets may be temporarily suspended during high-volatility moments in an event (goals, red cards, injuries) — this is normal and does not constitute an irregularity;
• 55vvbet reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per event, market, or user based on risk assessment, without prior notice or justification.

Results are determined based on official sources from the federations and organizations governing each sport. In the event of a dispute, 55vvbet's decision is final and will be based on available data from official sources.

8Casino Games

Any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of the entire balance (including winnings), and may be reported to the relevant authorities when the conduct constitutes a criminal offense.

10Account Closure

By the user: you may request account closure at any time through live support or by email at suporte@55vvbet.best. Available balances (excluding unconverted bonuses) will be refunded via Pix within up to 5 business days of the request, provided identity verification requirements have been met.

By 55vvbet: the platform may close or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification steps, or by order of a competent authority. In cases of closure due to a violation, balances arising from irregular conduct may be cancelled.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months consecutive, with no access or transactions, may be archived. The user will be notified by email before archiving and has 30 days to log in and prevent the process. Balances in archived accounts are preserved for up to 36 months from the date of last activity.

11Responsible Gaming

13Changes to Terms
